Refund policy

Goods purchased online that are of satisfactory quality may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to the customer.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• the returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging;

• the item must not be damaged by the customer;

• the item must be unused and retain its original commercial appearance (labels, protective films, and other elements must be intact);

• the returned item must be in the same completeness as received by the customer – any gifts received together with the purchase must also be returned.

If the above-mentioned conditions are fulfilled, you should complete a return request and send it to info@cosmarii.com. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that the customer used for the original transaction.

Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 3 (three) business days to arrange the details of the return.

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it has not been used, we will refund the money to your specified account within 3 (three) business days.

Defective (non-conforming) goods are returned in accordance with the “Rules on the Return and Exchange of Items” approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001.
